Giornalista e fotografa specializzata in argomenti marini, da trent’anni unisce approfondimento e divulgazione,
la protezione dell'ambiente e la ricerca scientifica.
Ha fondato un’associazione di conservazione e ricerca per lo studio di squali mediterranei, specie a rischio estinzione e la lotta ai rifiuti marini: MedSharks.
Ha ideato e ha coordinato il progetto bandiera della Commissione Europea Clean Sea Life, di cui è stata anche responsabile per la comunicazione, doppio vincitore ai LIFE Awardw 2022.
A widely published marine journalist and photographer for 30 years, her work bridges investigation, dissemination, environmental protection and research.
She founded a research and conservation organization, MedSharks, concerned mainly with Mediterranean sharks and rays, endangered species, citizen science and marine litter.
